This project involves a complete rebrand of Shark Bay, a rugged UNESCO World Heritage Site in Western Australia, and the creation of a full set of marketing materials. I iterated a new logo based on a combination of Shark Bay's natural attractions–referencing the sharks for which the site is named in the logotype and the stromatolites, the world's oldest living fossils, in the logomark. Stromatolites are an ecological wonder capable of bringing tourism to Shark Bay, and are found on-site in the most diverse and abundant quantities in the world, much more remarkably so than sharks.
